The duration of the tour is one day. It usually starts at 9 am. During the tour you will have the chance to pay a visit to the notable Golden Horn - historic inlet of the Bosphorus dividing the city of Istanbul and forming the natural harbor that has sheltered Greek, Roman, Byzantine, Ottoman and other ships for thousands of years; the Spice Bazaar and the famous Camlica Hill - the place where you just have to stop and breathe! And last but not least the program includes a visit to the magnificent Dolmabahce Palace, the Bosphorus Bridge and the Rumeli fortress! Special lunch will be also included in your tour program!
Tour Itinerary
GOLDEN HORN (from the bus), the arm of the Bosphorus and a natural harbour of the historical peninsula separating the old and the new parts of Istanbul where the first colonies settled during the Byzantine. The residential area for Byzantine Jews, Italian traders and other non-muslim minorities. Drive along the traces of history at Balat viewing Metal Church of St. Stephen the Bulgarian, 21 kms. long City Walls, the strongest fortification of the middle age.
SPICE BAZAAR (Egyptian Bazaar), mystical smells of different aromas of various spices. Shops selling fruits, vegetables, fish, flowers etc.
BOSPHORUS CRUISE, through the waterway separating the two continents, Europe and Asia, with a possibility to take photographs of marble palaces, ancient wooden villas of Ottoman architecture besides modern residentials and luxurious apartments.
RUMELI FORTRESS(From the sea), historical armament built by the Conqueror to control and protect Bosphorus. A unique example of military architecture.
LUNCH
DOLMABAHCE PALACE, recent residence for Ottoman Sultans with 365 rooms and 22 saloons. Famous with the great collection of European antiquity, furniture and 4.5 tons chandelier.
BOSPHORUS BRIDGE, unique chance to step from one continent (Europe) to another (Asia) in 2 minutes.
CAMLICA HILL, exposing a panoramic view of Istanbul and Bosphorus from the best point of view.

- In the afternoon Spice Bazaar maybe substituted with ZINDAN HAN, built during the Byzantine Empire. It was the first Women Prison in the world by the Ottomans, restored back to the original style nowadays.
- CLOSED: Dolmabahce Palace on Monday and Thursday ; Replaced with Kariye (St. Savior in Chora) Museum
